Job Summary
Conduct food preparation and service for residents in a long-term and short-term healthcare environment. Maintain resident confidentiality, treat individuals with kindness and dignity, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Work some weekends as part of the team at Monroe Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Monroeville, AL. This role supports the facility's mission to serve the community through compassionate dietary care.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18-years of age
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Previous experience as a cook
- Must be able to work some weekends
- Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly
