Maintain physical fitness to lift heavy loads and operate safely in diverse weather conditions. Provide dependable, safety-conscious labor with minimal supervision while adhering to all instructions. Possess a valid license, work authorization, and supply steel-toed boots and gloves. Availability for short-notice or same-day shifts is essential as work is scheduled on an as-needed basis.
