Job Summary
Concierge role at Legacy Heights in Charlotte, NC: greet potential residents, families, and visitors; manage inbound/outbound calls and messages; provide community information to support marketing and sales efforts; assist recruitment processes and perform general administrative duties; monitor Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and atmosphere; collaborate with Community Engagement Director, Executive Director, and HR Designee on recruitment activities and data entry; requires high school diploma or GED and proven customer service experience; knowledge of the Senior Living Industry preferred; schedule includes Monday–Friday with every other weekend.
