Part-Time Community Support Staff

Provide one-on-one skill-building interventions for adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on interpersonal relationships, social interaction, and communication skills. Build rapport and establish a respectful relationship based on shared responsibility while assisting clients in setting goals for academic and personal success. Contribute to and implement community-based activities and programs to help clients achieve independence and vocational objectives. Complete all necessary documentation and required training by the due date. Serve as a positive role model to build self-esteem and motivation.
