Part-Time Community Support Staff

Provide one-on-one skill-building interventions and support to developmentally disabled adults in Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties, focusing on interpersonal relationships, social interaction, and adaptive coping skills. Build rapport, assist clients with setting academic and personal goals, and implement community-based activities while completing all necessary documentation. Serve as a positive role model to foster self-esteem and motivation, ensuring open, non-judgmental communication across diverse backgrounds. Maintain a valid driver's license and insurance for varied locations throughout Cumberland County.
