Part-Time Community Support Staff

Provide support to developmentally disabled adults with challenges in interpersonal relationships, social interaction, and communication skills. Deliver one-on-one skill-building interventions to help clients develop adaptive coping strategies and realize educational and vocational goals. Build rapport and serve as a positive role model while assisting clients in setting goals for academic and personal success. Contribute to and implement community-based activities and programs. Complete all necessary documentation and required training by the due date. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week in flexible morning or afternoon shifts within Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties. Candidates must have six months of professional experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and a valid driver's license.
