Job Summary
Collaborate across departments to ensure homes are operated and maintained in alignment with CLC standards. Provide intervention, support, and assistance during hospitalizations, injuries, deaths, abuse cases, and other critical or emergency situations as needed. Prepare meals based on established menus, considering each individual's diet, health, and physical needs. Support individuals to ensure they are clean, groomed, and dressed appropriately while managing daily activities as scheduled. Ensure individuals remain active in their communities and follow regulations required by the Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging. Assist with daily living activities to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead more independent, fulfilling lives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate verbally in English
