Job Summary
Part-time Resident Services/Community Programs Coordinator in Saratoga responsible for implementing programs across Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building; conducts outreach, coordinates an after-school and teen program, facilitates resident workshops, builds partnerships with local providers, organizes community-building events, connects residents to nonprofit services, supports food distribution efforts, maintains relationships with property management, conducts monthly outreach (door-to-door, digital/virtual, public spaces), recruits and supervises volunteers and interns, uses a personal automobile for program needs (mileage reimbursed), publishes monthly newsletters/calendars, tracks outcomes data, and works with budgets for resident service programs. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Requires Driver’s License, clean driving record, CPR & First Aid (or within 90 days), background check clearance. Schedule: Part-time, 20 hrs/wk; Tuesday–Friday 2pm–6pm; Saturday 10am–2pm. Location: Saratoga Ridge Apartments, Phoenix, AZ. Wage: $23.50/hr.
