Job Summary
Part-time Community Partnership Manager responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and community partners serving expecting and new families. Focus areas include outreach, referral development, event coordination, and community engagement to raise awareness of New Mom School in the local market. The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable representing the brand in both the community and professional healthcare settings. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with OB/GYN offices, pediatricians, lactation consultants, doulas, mental health professionals, chiropractors, fitness studios, and family-focused businesses; coordinating and attending local networking events; organizing lunch-and-learn presentations; tracking outreach efforts; maintaining a database of partners; and supporting events and guest-speaker coordination. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with a combination of remote work and local in-person outreach; must have reliable transportation for local travel and be available for meetings, events, and partner visits as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, community outreach, partnership development, provider relations, account management, or relationship-based sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable building relationships with healthcare professionals and business owners
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
