PART TIME COMMUNITY MANAGER

Oversee the management of a manufactured home park in Otis, OR. Part-time role (10-15 hours/week) with free housing and utilities. Major duties include rent collection and notices; enforce rental agreements and facility rules; supervise placement of RVs and manufactured homes; ensure compliance with home standards and regulatory codes; administer tenant applications, screening, and leasing; promote and rent vacant spaces; manage inventories and vendor lists; coordinate maintenance (sewer pump, grounds, pool chemicals) and prepare monthly reports. Strong integrity, communication, and organizational skills required.
