Job Summary
Part-time Community Manager to oversee the management of a manufactured home park in Otis, Oregon. Responsibilities include RENT COLLECTION (collect and deposit rents and late notices, follow-up on delinquent rents, eviction proceedings as necessary), RENTAL AGREEMENT AND RULES & REGULATIONS ENFORCEMENT (enforce rental agreements and facility rules; supervise placement of RVs and manufactured homes; ensure compliance with standards and codes; issue non-compliance notices; eviction proceedings as needed), ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES (monthly manager's report; maintain tenant files and histories; review applications and screen tenants; promote and rent vacant homes; coordinate with dealers and facility managers; maintain inventories and vendor lists; post notices; approvals for purchases $50+), FACILITY MAINTENANCE (maintain common areas and grounds; operate back-up sewer pump; coordinate with repair/service contracts; maintain and clean facilities, vehicles, tools; safety inspections), and other tasks as directed by management. Location: Otis, OR; part-time hours (10-15 hours/week). Experience in property/facility management and tenant relations preferred; role includes hands-on maintenance and administrative duties.
