Job Summary
Show, lease, and move in prospective residents by greeting, qualifying, touring the community, and signing leases. Conduct all functions necessary to close sales, including making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and completing leasing paperwork prior to move-in. Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turn process while maintaining accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours. Manage excellent customer service by addressing resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction, and assist in developing resident retention programs. Implement annual marketing plan outreach, review market surveys to generate ideas, and maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition. Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and model units.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- basic computer skills
- basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Regular/daily onsite attendance
