Job Summary
Conduct daily onsite leasing activities, including showing units, qualifying prospects, and closing leases while maintaining accurate traffic and leasing data. Manage resident relations by addressing complaints, enforcing community policies, and assisting with lease audits and turn processes. Support marketing initiatives by completing weekly market surveys, implementing outreach plans, and maintaining model units. Respond to prospect leads within 24 hours and contribute to general upkeep of common areas and the office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- basic computer skills
- basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Regular/daily onsite attendance
