Job Summary
Monitor surveillance equipment and patrol premises including lobbies, floors, parking garages, loading docks, and building perimeters to maintain a secure environment. Control vehicular and pedestrian traffic at the loading dock while permitting entry and reporting irregularities to prevent losses. Complete daily reports recording observations, interviewing witnesses, and obtaining signatures. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. This part-time role requires 8 years of experience as a Commissioned Security Officer, valid ID, and the ability to stand, climb stairs, and respond to emergencies. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekends.
