Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor repairs and basic plumbing/electrical knowledge. Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify and address maintenance needs while monitoring systems like HVAC and lighting. Respond to maintenance requests promptly and ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and handle occasional emergency calls. Work weekend night shifts from 5pm to 12pm. This part-time role offers complimentary meals during shifts, paid sick time, and 401(k) eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation
- Punctuality
- Position is for weekend night shifts, approximately 5pm-12pm
