Part Time Commercial Maintenance Technician

Perform repairs throughout the building and tenant spaces while utilizing a work order system to document, track, and close out work. Conduct routine maintenance inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and correct deficiencies, including plumbing, HVAC, and light electrical troubleshooting. Supervise contractors responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and heating equipment to ensure contracts and service agreements meet facility standards. Build and maintain tenant and vendor work relationships while providing high-quality customer service throughout the facility. Maintain proper inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts, completing all required paperwork accurately. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, up to eight hours per week.
