Part-Time Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician

Diagnose and repair Merrychef ovens, commercial toasters, and small kitchen appliances. Perform light preventative maintenance on air conditioning units, walk-in coolers, and refrigeration equipment. Replace minor parts such as switches, fans, heating elements, and belts. Identify issues before major breakdowns occur and coordinate with management when outside vendors are required. Maintain basic service records for all repairs and maintenance performed. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with consistent hours and an on-call rotation.
