Job Summary
Collect on past due installment loans by utilizing daily contact and skip tracing efforts. Develop and maintain ongoing customer relationships while negotiating payment arrangements and advising clients of their responsibilities under loan contracts. Provide individual counseling on acceptable and convenient payment arrangements. Adhere to all Bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires Monday through Thursday 5pm to 9pm and 8am to noon on Saturday; hours are non-negotiable. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- MUST be able to work Monday - Thursday 5pm - 9pm AND 8am - noon on Saturday
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced, high volume environment with minimal supervision
- Basic PC skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
