Job Summary
Conduct candidate interviews using a provided script while managing sensitive and confidential information professionally. Fill downtime between scheduled interviews with outbound cold calls to US-based prospects. Maintain a professional and friendly phone presence, demonstrating strong interviewing, conversational, and rapport-building skills. Handle objections confidently and adhere to confidentiality standards, including NDAs. Requires previous customer service or call center experience, excellent English communication, and a reliable internet connection in a quiet work environment. Available 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM Philippine Time in a fixed, non-negotiable schedule.

- 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine Time — hours are fixed and not negotiable
