Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents per assessment and care plan; identify residents before treatments, meals, etc.; document using approved abbreviations; report changes to Nurse Supervisor; maintain flow sheets, notes, charts; ensure PHI is protected; assist with daily living activities, mobility, and comfort; monitor and record vital signs (temperatures, pulses, respirations); help with bed preparation, transfers, and ensuring a warm, respectful environment; participate in nursing reports and adhere to policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of resident care information; support the nursing team to deliver ongoing resident care in a post-acute setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education
- Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
- CPR preferred
