Job Summary
Deliver care to residents within a warm, home-like environment by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to staff while engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. Utilize customer service skills to ensure exceptional care is received. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required, with prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred. This role offers 8 holidays, a discounted meal program, paid training, and a 401k match.
