Job Summary
Part-time CNA in-home care providing 1-on-1 support to clients in Golden Valley, including companionship, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation, with AM and PM short shifts available plus occasional overnights; collaborate with RN Case Manager to update the plan of care; monitor and report changes in health and needs; promote comfort and quality of life through flexible scheduling and caregiving excellence; requires compassionate caregiver with strong communication and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
- Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
- Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
