Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to staff. Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support while utilizing customer service skills for exceptional care. Work part-time 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. at River Ridge at Avon, a Benchmark Senior Living community offering a warm, home-like environment. Previous experience with dementia is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license

- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community
- Previous experience working with people with dementia
