Job Summary
Provide world-class customer service in Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB program, acting as product expert and handling CLUB processes including acquiring/activating members, CLUB sales, and account servicing. Execute CLUB operational/compliance programs, demonstrate products, communicate promotions, help meet store metrics, maintain CLUB inventory and booth cleanliness, process CLUB payments and applications, and provide peer coaching and Club advocacy. Contribute to a positive shopping experience, assist in other store areas as needed, and generate timely, accurate reports.
Required Qualifications
