Job Summary
The Part Time LCSW Clinical Talk Therapist at Thriveworks will be responsible for delivering telehealth sessions, advocating for participants in clinical needs, collaborating with operations and clinical teams, and ensuring documentation is maintained as per standards. Key responsibilities include providing direct counseling care, developing treatment plans, attending treatment team meetings, and staying updated with clinical care developments. Required qualifications include an independently licensed LCSW and strong technological proficiency for telehealth sessions, with preferred experience working with children.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed LCSW (license must be able to practice without supervision)
- Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via telehealth
- Capability to build a therapeutic relationship in a virtual platform
- Strong ability to identify markers for the appropriate level of care to meet patient needs
- Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to use technologies as part of practice for administrative and clinical support
- Must pass a background check
- Access to a smartphone, a laptop, and an internet connection
