Job Summary
Part-time Clinical Robot Associate in Chicago, IL, averaging 3 eight-hour shifts per week. You will monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment, troubleshoot in real-world scenarios, collect data, and provide detailed feedback to engineers. You’ll prioritize customer experience, communicate with hospital staff and, occasionally, the public, and help design scalable processes as part of Diligent Robotics’ founding operations team. The role is onsite in Chicago and requires local availability; background-credentialing and immunization steps may apply. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, an excellent communicator, organized, and capable of quick independent decision-making, with an interest in healthcare and technology.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Willing to be vendor credentialed (immunizations, background check, drug screen)
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
- Willing to work holidays
- Customer-service oriented with de-escalation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Self-sufficient with ability to learn quickly
- Experience in healthcare space preferred but not required
