Part Time Clinical Nursing Faculty

Mentor BSN students in an inpatient clinical setting by bridging classroom learning with real-world patient care applications. Plan and supervise clinical experiences while developing written assignments aligned with student competency and individual needs. Evaluate student performance, provide documented feedback, and manage remediation as required. Orient to clinical site policies and maintain visibility with staff and patients throughout the session. Contribute to program development, assessment efforts, and retention initiatives while serving as a professional role model for faculty, staff, and students. Report student and agency concerns to the course coordinator and comply with all regulatory standards.
