Part-Time Client Services Professional

Job Summary
Process client transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments while maintaining accurate cash drawer records. Promote and sell additional banking products to existing clients and prospects to support sales initiatives. Solicit new relationships, develop prospect lists, and complete assigned sales activities while following all compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines. Assist with cross-selling and referrals to other departments. Perform other duties as assigned by the department head. Requires high school diploma, six months of cash handling experience, ten-key proficiency, and strong math aptitude. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months cash handling/ customer service experience
- Proficiency in typing and using a ten-key calculator
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Team-oriented with flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed
- Ability to lift heavy coin and sit/stand for extended periods
