Job Summary
Part-Time Work-from-Home Client Care Coordinator role for Furry Fellas Pet Service. Responsibilities include scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage; answering client and staff questions via email and phone; maintaining client management system and cloud documents; sending invoices; entering payments (credit/debit/PayPal); keeping inbox organized and up to date. Requires 6 months to 1 year of experience with animals, strong verbal/written communication, reliability, independence, and detail-oriented organization in a remote home-office setting. Shifts vary by week with weekend rotation and occasional holiday check-ins; opportunities for growth into full-time roles and ongoing education/certificates. Training rate starts at $15/hour; progression to $16+ depending on experience and performance; yearly pay increases and bonuses offered.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6mos-1 year prior experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred / Associate will be considered
- STRONG verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely reliable
- Ability to work well independently, prioritize, strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Cellphone (android or iPhone)
- Up to date Laptop & high speed internet
- A quiet place in your home where you can work without disruptions
- Android cell phone or iphone for logging into our phone system via App and texting manager
- Prior experience working in a busy office setting / receptionist / admin assistant / pet reservation coordinator
