Job Summary
Empty and replace waste bins, sweep and mop floors, suction clean carpets, and dust or damp wipe furniture, ledges, and fixtures. Replenish consumable items like soap and paper towels, and clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, and showers. Perform these tasks in offices and living quarters during evening hours (4:30 PM – 9:30 PM, Mon–Fri) with occasional weekend shifts, working approximately 20–30 hours weekly. Ability to lift 30 lbs, bend, reach overhead, and climb stairs is required. High School Diploma preferred with 2+ years of relevant work history. Weekly pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00/hr with premium pay for Sundays and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to bend, reach overhead, and climb stairs
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs unassisted
- Must adhere and follow all health, safety and environmental standards
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- 2 or more professional references
- This position requires the completion of a thorough background and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
