Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of student accommodation bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and white goods, including vacuuming, floor polishing, wall washing, and waste removal. Perform seasonal tasks such as making beds, handling linen collection, and cleaning windows and utensils. Liaise daily with residents, Residence Managers, and staff while adhering to Health & Safety policies. Work 25 hours weekly from 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday at a competitive salary. Additional hours may be required during student arrival and departure weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of cleaning in a similar environment
- Great communication skills
- Organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Passion to do an excellent job
- Good conversational standard of the English language
- Ability to read and interpret Health & Safety guidance
- Preparedness to work at other sites if required
- Preparedness to work additional hours when the need arises
- Satisfactory vetting
- Employment referencing covering the past three years
- Suitability for the role including potential DBS checks
