Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors while stocking paper products. Immediately report broken amenities or equipment to the Club Manager or Team Lead and turn in lost member property via the lost and found policy. Maintain high customer service standards by actively listening to members and coworkers, empathizing with their needs, and solving problems diplomatically. This role ensures a positive member experience across all facility areas.
