Job Summary
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, clean restrooms, empty trash, and perform window cleaning and carpet spotting as needed. Empty trash and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for facilities. This part-time role requires excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently. You must be punctual and dependable. The position involves physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, crouching, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 35 lbs. Some locations may have dust or debris in the air.
Required Qualifications
- commercial cleaning experience
- excellent attendance record
- reliable transportation
- ability to work individually
- ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, gross manipulation, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps or stairs, climb ladders, utilize near and far visual activity, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs
