Job Summary
Conduct routine building cleaning, restroom maintenance, window cleaning, and floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across the site. Remove trash and recycling, police grounds for litter, sanitize surfaces, and stock supply rooms. Ensure high standards of cleanliness in restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, lobby, and supply closets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Work Monday through Friday, 20 hours weekly, with shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Earn $17 per hour with weekly pay. Pass background check and drug screening. Wear LACOSTA shirt, long pants, and required PPE; remove all jewelry.
