Job Summary
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, dust, and perform window cleaning. Empty trash and spot carpets where minimal. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain punctuality and dependability with reliable transportation. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Lift or carry up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and stairs. Required Qualifications
- commercial cleaning experience
- excellent attendance record
- reliable transportation
- ability to work individually
- ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, gross manipulation, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps or stairs, climb ladders, utilize near and far visual activity, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs
