Job Summary
Lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school as part of Mentoring Alliance After School; part-time, non-exempt role averaging 17-20 hours per week, Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. in a Christian ministry setting focused on youth development and Gospel-oriented service. Requires background check and CPR/First Aid certification; valid ID or driver’s license; Spanish-speaking ability valued. Prior experience with elementary-aged children and post-secondary training are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- some post-secondary training highly preferred
- Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
- Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license or Valid ID
- Legally allowed to work in the United States
- Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued
