Job Summary
Support Teacher responsibilities include creating a nurturing, educational environment for toddlers; implement age-appropriate lesson plans; maintain a safe, clean classroom; observe and document children's progress with parents; build strong relationships with parents/caregivers; collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment; require CPR and First Aid certification and satisfy state licensing requirements; schedule is Monday-Friday with no weekends; compensation $17-$20 per hour; located in Apollo Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Licensing: All state licensing requirements for the role
- Experience: Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting
