Job Summary
Conduct weekly visits to company worksites, hospitals, and funeral homes to interact with employees and build trust through Christian faith. Provide confidential pastoral discussions on personal issues, facilitate spiritual enrichment activities, and assist in funeral planning and post-termination care. Serve as a messenger of the company's mission while delivering community presentations and responding to leadership requests. Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate specialized assistance for families facing serious illness, grief, or financial stress. Requires an active driver's license, ability to work in diverse environments, and commitment to MCHAP's ministry values.

- Attests to a saving faith in Jesus Christ and actively participates in a biblically based church
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diplomacy, patience, and courtesy with diverse groups

- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate and interact effectively with leadership, colleagues, employees, and families

- Must have active state driver's license and state minimum auto insurance (state(s) where servicing clients)
