Candidates must possess a commitment to Christian values, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under stress, while possessing an understanding of diverse lifestyles and beliefs.
Required Qualifications
- Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle and MCHAP's Ministry values.
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diplomacy and courtesy with diverse groups.
- Ability to maintain emotional stability to cope with human suffering, emergencies, and other stresses.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work as a member of interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting.
- Skills to effectively listen and interact with clients, employees, and their families.
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated skill in analyzing information to define and follow up on problems.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency using Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or other equivalent software.
