Job Summary
Promote a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with assigned employees and owners while providing on-call support throughout the week. Follow the Team Member Handbook and training materials to deliver sensitive personal and professional crisis assistance, maintaining clear two-way communication and trust with companies served. Display a team player attitude with fellow chaplains and managers while complying with direction from senior CCA leaders. This role supports businesses nationwide, requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies and 5-7 years of secular workplace experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of full time secular workplace experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from an accredited college or university
- Appropriate State Driver's License
- Ability to serve employees going through sensitive personal and professional crisis
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Required technology skills include ability to use a computer and software (such as Word & Excel), Internet, and cell phone
