Job Summary
Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate occupational therapy strategies into the educational curriculum and assist in adapting learning environments. Contribute to the IEP process by evaluating student needs, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress toward goals. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions while participating in team meetings and professional development. This part-time role offers 1.5 days per week with competitive hourly compensation, 401K, and referral bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Maintain AZ COTA license requirements
- Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint card
