Job Summary
Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other memory impairments, including support with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the Silverado team while maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes to the nursing staff. This part-time position requires a valid CNA certificate, reliable transportation, and physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must be comfortable working around animals and pets. Required Qualifications
- CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Employment offers are contingent on background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing (if applicable)
