Part Time Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) sought to provide anesthesia services with clinical responsibilities delegated by clinical privileges. Duties include collecting and evaluating patient data, maintaining a safe environment, administering medications and fluids per safe practice standards, monitoring airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status and physiologic responses, completing required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note), and logging incidents in the Safety Portal.
