Job Summary
Clinical responsibilities of the CRNA as delineated by clinical privileges; assists with data collection and evaluation of patient medical/surgical history; maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies; prepares and administers medications/fluids; monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic response to anesthesia; completes required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note); logs incident reporting in the Safety Portal; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
