Job Summary
The Part-Time Center Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to retail customers by processing packages for courier shipment and operating various office equipment. This role includes advising customers on products and services, maintaining a clean work environment, and learning all aspects of the business. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and effective communication abilities, as well as the capacity to lift 40+ pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 40+ pounds
- Willing and able to work 25 to 30 hours per week for a 6-day work week
