Job Summary
Part-Time Center Associate at the UPS Store serving Derry and Salem, NH. Delivers world-class customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries, processes packages for courier shipment, and operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. Responsibilities include advising customers on products and services, staying informed on industry trends, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting team members. Requires retail sales experience, HS diploma or GED, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites), excellent phone and communication skills, reliability, ability to lift 40+ pounds, and weekend availability.
