Job Summary
Oversee front-of-store operations and train/mentor Associates on front-end principles. Lead by example to deliver an excellent customer experience, manage POS coverage and breaks, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized store. Role models honesty and integrity, supports training needs with management, ensures adherence to labor laws and safety standards, and collaborates on priorities and progress updates. Drive coaching and development of associates, participate in shrink-reduction efforts, and foster a positive, service-focused store environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
