Part Time CDP - 20 Hours a week

Chef de Partie needed for part-time 20 hours weekly at JW Lees. Has a passion and experience of cooking with fresh food, an eye for detail, and a ability to work well in a team. Responsibilities include managing and rotating stock and overseeing the running of your section, and maintaining Health & Safety in the Kitchen to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors.
