Part-Time CDL Driver/Feed Mill Operations

Job Summary
Deliver feed and other products to customers in the immediate area while maintaining a Class A CDL and adhering to all legal regulations. Perform general feed labor, including mixing and preparing livestock feeds, operating manufacturing equipment, and determining proper routing for distribution. Conduct daily truck inspections, load and unload vehicles safely, and assist with equipment maintenance and general facility housekeeping. Maintain necessary paperwork and documentation throughout operations. Work in all weather conditions with the ability to climb trucks and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally. Ensure superior customer service and teamwork within the cooperative.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of verifiable experience operating a commercial vehicle
- Maintain a class A CDL
- Excellent driving record
- Must demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Driving a manual shift quad-axle or semi-truck
- Ability to climb in and out of the truck (Multiple times per day)
- Ability to climb up into truck on truck ladder to inspect load in the truck
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
