Job Summary
Maintain responsibility for store sections by folding and displaying merchandise to uphold a basic image. Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently across all payment methods while ensuring good housekeeping standards on the shop floor and at the cash desk. Organize and arrange inventory in the stockroom, continuously developing knowledge of stocks and promotions. Acknowledge customers face-to-face or by telephone, ensure staff are updated on Standard Operating Procedures, and implement store self-assessment audits. Communicate with senior management regarding accidents and follow safe work practices to mitigate risks for employees and customers. Requires previous fashion retail experience, flexibility for varied hours including nights and weekends, and excellent customer service skills.
